Keeping it Simple.

The world is complex, but healing really comes down to one thing: feeling safe. When your body feels safe, it knows how to release what it's been holding onto. My role is to help you get there.

Through somatic experiencing, internal family systems, and pain reprocessing therapy, we work together to calm your nervous system, process stored stress, and rebuild that sense of safety from the inside out.

I conduct sessions virtually and find that many clients enjoy the familiarity and safety of their own homes. I also recognize that this isn't always the case for everyone.

I'm based in Brooklyn and while I don't have a dedicated studio, I'm happy to meet in person at a safe, comfortable space that works for you.
